Mrs. FISCHER (for herself and Mr. Peters) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 4784, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2027 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of subtitle B of title XII, add the following: SEC. 1218. UNITED STATES-ISRAEL COOPERATION ON EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES. The amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2027 by section 4201 for Combating Terrorism Technology Support, Defense-wide, is hereby increased by $50,000,000, with the amount of the increase to be available for emerging technology cooperation between the United States and Israel. ______
