Mr. VAN HOLLEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS. The Anti-Weaponization Fund established by the Attorney General on May 18, 2026, any successor funds, shall be disbanded and any funds transferred to such funds shall be made available for payments pursuant to section 1304 of title 31, United States Code. ______
