Mr. KAINE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO CONDUCT IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS INVOLVING MORE THAN TEN INDIVIDUALS. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to conduct immigration enforcement actions involving more than ten individuals unless U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection inform and deconflict with local law enforcement agencies in the jurisdictions in which such enforcement actions will take place. ______
