Mrs. BRITT (for Ms. Graham (for herself and Mr. Blumenthal)) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by Mrs. Britt to the bill H.R. 5334, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow early childhood educators to take the educator expense deduction, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Amend the title so as to read: ``An Act to impose sanctions and other measures with respect to the Russian Federation, as championed by the late Senator Lindsey O. Graham, and for other purposes.''. ______
