Carbon Reduction Program

Funding : $6,419,999,998 Description : Supports projects to reduce transportation emissions or the development of carbon reduction strategies Eligible Recipients : Formula funding to States (including District of Columbia) Eligible Uses : Provides funds for projects that support the reduction of transportation emissions, including: the construction, planning, and design of trail facilities for pedestrians, bicyclists, and other non motorized forms of transportation; public transportation projects; and congestion management technologies.
