Mr. GALLEGO (for himself and Mr. Kelly) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: dragon bravo and white sage fires recovery Sec. ___. (a) There are appropriated-- (1) $160,000,000 to the Forest Service for recovery from the Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires in the Kaibab National Forest; and (2) $600,000,000 to the National Park Service for recovery from the Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires in Grand Canyon National Park. (b) This section is designated as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 4001(a)(1) of S. Con. Res. 14 (117th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2022, and to legislation establishing fiscal year 2026 budget enforcement in the House of Representatives. ______
