Mr. President, as if in executive session, I ask unanimous consent that notwithstanding the referral of the nomination of Kevin Lilly, of Texas, to be Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife, received in the Senate on February 11, 2026, to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, the nomination be considered jointly referred to that committee and the Committee on Environment and Public Works.
