Joyce Introduces Legislation to Provide Support Dogs to CBP Personnel

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) and Congressman Lou Correa (CA-46) introduced the Providing Emotional Assistance with Relief and Love (PEARL) Act.
