Statement on DHS Reconciliation Funding This week, I voted against a partisan reconciliation package that would have pre-funded ICE and DHS for the next 3 years. It’s completely fiscally irresponsible to use reconciliation to write a nearly $70 billion check to an agency with little oversight or accountability to taxpayers.
