Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. REVIEW OF DEATHS IN IMMIGRATION DETENTION. (a) In General.--Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall conduct a review on the growing number of deaths of individuals detained by or in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security. (b) Public Availability.--The Secretary shall publish the review on a publicly available website of the Department of Homeland Security. ______
