Mr. HEINRICH submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. _____. PROHIBITION ON RELIEF FROM ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND FOR CERTAIN CLAIMS. The ``Anti-Weaponization Fund'', established as part of the settlement agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, No. l:26-cv-20609 (S.D. Fla.), shall be prohibited from providing any form of relief in relation to any claim for which a cause of action was established pursuant to the amendments made by section 213 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2026 (division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-37; 139 Stat. 585)). ______
