Pre-Construction Assessment Conduct a full downhole video inspection to evaluate casing integrity, screen condition, and evidence of corrosion, scaling, or structural failure. Perform baseline pump tests to document current yield, drawdown, and specific capacity. Complete electrical and control system assessment to determine compatibility with modern soft-start or variable-frequency drive (VFD) equipment. 2. Removal of Existing Equipment Pull the existing pump, motor, column pipe, shafting, and electrical wiring. Remove obsolete or damaged components for proper disposal in accordance with environmental regulations. 3.
