Mr. President, when the Senate considers the reconciliation bill, S. 2, it is my intention to make the following motions to the bill: A motion to commit the bill to the Committee on the Judiciary with instructions to report the same back to the Senate in 3 day, not counting any day on which the Senate is not in session, with changes that are within the jurisdiction of such committee; and would extend the enhanced premium tax credit under section 36B of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as in effect for 2025, for two years. ____________________
