Mr. PETERS proposed an amendment to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; as follows: At the appropriate place in title II, insert the following: SEC. ___. RESCISSION OF OBBBA FUNDS. Effective on the date of enactment of this Act, all of the unobligated balances of amounts made available under title X of the Act entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'', approved July 4, 2025 (Public Law 119-21; 139 Stat. 361) (commonly known as the ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act'') shall be rescinded and transferred to the general fund of the Treasury to reduce the deficit. ______
