Frank, Glasford Frank, Glasford “I had sent my passport for renewal in February 2023, in anticipation of a cruise vacation in mid-May. By May 5, I still had not received it, so my wife contacted Rep. Sorensen’s office for guidance and help. The people at the office that she spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable. She was asked to complete an online form, and they would help her track it down. If they couldn’t find it, they would then help us get an appointment in Chicago to expedite the passport.
