Mr. BLUMENTHAL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place in title I, insert the following: SEC. 1__. PROHIBITION ON IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS AT PLACES OF WORSHIP. None of the funds made available under this Act or Public Law 119-21 may be used to conduct any immigration enforcement operation at a place of worship. ______
