Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume consideration of Calendar No. 376, S. Con. Res. 33, with 32 hours of debate remaining on the budget resolution, equally divided. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
