ROCHESTER, MN – Today, Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01) announced his selection of “250 Years of Freedom” by Cheyenne Klockziem, as the winner of this year’s First District Congressional Art Competition. Cheyenne is a sophomore at Nicollet High School.
