Mr. CRUZ submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 7148, making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. REPEAL OF COMPREHENSIVE POLICING AND JUSTICE REFORM AMENDMENT ACT OF 2022. The Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24-345) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by that Act shall be restored or revived as if that Act had not been enacted into law. ______
