Vindman Applauds Over 2 MILLION in Federa Funding to Strengthen Head Start Programs in Caroline and Spotsylvania County Washington, D.C. — Congressman Eugene Vindman (Va.-07) today celebrated that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $1,132,069 to Caroline County and $1,176,402 to Spotsylvania County.
