The DeSaulnier Digest: Advancing $46.7 Million in Funding for Projects in CA-10 The DeSaulnier Digest: Advancing $46.7 Million in Funding for Projects in CA-10 My number one priority in Congress is and has always been to make life better for the people I represent. It's why I am so excited to share that I submitted 20 projects totaling over $46.7 million to benefit CA-10 for consideration as part of the annual appropriations process. These projects will invest in safety and easing congestion for drivers, bikers, and pedestrians, bolster emergency preparedness across the region, address housing needs, and strengthen crime prevention.
