PROHIBITION ON USE OF ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS WHO ATTACKED THE UNITED STATES CAPITOL ON JANUARY 6. No payment may be made from the Anti-Weaponization Fund announced by the Department of Justice on May 18, 2026, to any individual who is not lawfully present in the United States and who attacked the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021. ______
