Mr. BLUMENTHAL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. THE TEYANA GIBSON BROWN PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO ENTER THE HOMES OF AMERICANS WITHOUT JUDICIAL WARRANTS. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to enter, without a judicial warrant, the home of any American absent exigent circumstances. ______
