Stanton Demands Answers on Death of Emmanuel Damas in Florence ICE Detention Center

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Greg Stanton (D-Ariz.) sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons demanding a full and transparent accounting of the death of Emmanuel Damas, a Haitian national detained at the Florence Service Processing Center in Arizona.
