Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON OBLIGATION OF FUNDS. None of the funds made available under this Act, and none of the unobligated balances of amounts made available under title IX of the Act entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con.
