The organization was formed and founded by Charles Black, John T. Carr, Sr., Dr. Frank W. Clark, Hugh Burt, and Clarence McKay. For more than 35 years, the organization has hosted a Family Funday and Gospel Explosion including a Juneteenth celebration and scholarship for deserving students. Mr. Wilbert D.
