Mr. SCHIFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 4. RESTRICTION ON IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT AT FARMS. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Homeland Security may not carry out any immigration enforcement operation at a farm unless such operation is solely carried out to execute a judicial warrant authorizing the apprehension of a violent criminal. ______
