Mr. Speaker, I send to the desk a privileged resolution and ask for its immediate consideration in the House. The Clerk read the resolution, as follows: H. Res. 991 Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives request the Senate to return [[Page H698]] to the House the bill (H.R. 1834) entitled ``To advance policy priorities that will break the gridlock.''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Without objection, the resolution was agreed to. There was no objection. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
