PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR CERTAIN FEATURES RELATING TO THE EAST WING MODERNIZATION PROJECT. None of the funds made available by this Act or Public Law 119-21 (139 Stat. 72) (commonly known as the ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act'') may be used for any above-ground features relating to the East Wing Modernization Project. ______
