Madam President, I understand that there are two bills at the desk due for a second reading en bloc. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The Senator is correct. The clerk will read the bills by title for the second time en bloc. The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 3674) to expand and clarify the grounds for civil denaturalization proceedings for individuals who have defrauded a governmental program, joined a terrorist organization, or committed certain criminal offenses. A bill (H.R. 7148) making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes. Ms. COLLINS. In order to place the bills on the calendar under the provisions of rule XIV, I would object to further proceedings en bloc. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore.
