CONGRATULATING FOUR OUTSTANDING YOUNG PEOPLE ON GRADUATING THE COAST GUARD Congressional Record, Volume 172 Issue 86 (Wednesday, May 20, 2026) [Congressional Record Volume 172, Number 86 (Wednesday, May 20, 2026)] [House] [Page H3631] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [ www.gpo.gov ] CONGRATULATING FOUR OUTSTANDING YOUNG PEOPLE ON GRADUATING THE COAST GUARD (Ms. KING-HINDS asked and was given permission to address the House for 1 minute and to revise and extend her remarks.) Ms. KING-HINDS. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate four outstanding young people from my district, the Northern Mariana Islands, who are graduating from the United States Coast Guard Academy Class of 2026: Pution Palacios-Camacho, Seiji Suzuki Gonzales, Noah Fleming Mesa, and Kyle Peter San Nicolas. Their graduation is a proud and well-earned achievement, reflecting years of discipline, perseverance, and commitment to service. As they prepare to serve as officers in the United States Coast Guard, they carry with them the values that define our islands: family, humility, resilience, and responsibility to others. For the Northern Marianas, their accomplishment reminds us that our young people can rise to serve at the highest levels while carrying with them the spirit of our island community. Mr. Speaker, I congratulate Pution, Seiji, Noah, and Kyle. The CNMI is proud of them and thanks them for their continued service. ____________________
