Rep. Steube: No ACA or Medicaid for Sex Offenders

WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) introduced yesterday the Criminals' Loss of Eligibility and Assistance Networks Act or CLEAN Act. This bill prohibits sex offenders from receiving federally funded Medicaid benefits as well as the refundable tax credit for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
