Mr. BOOKER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Strike section 104 and insert the following: SEC. 104. TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there are appropriated to the Secretary of Homeland Security for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $2,500,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2029, to hire, pay, train, and equip Transportation Security Administration Officers and related support personnel and to provide other necessary expenses for transportation security operations, workforce readiness, and mission support, including during any lapse in appropriations. ______
