CONSIDERATION OF IMPACT OF MILITARY OPERATIONS ON GASOLINE PRICES. On an after the date of the enactment of this Act, before initiating any operation by the United States Armed Forces in a major oil-producing region, the President shall submit to Congress a report on the anticipated impact of the operation on gasoline prices in the United States. ______
