Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned to then convene for pro forma session only, with no business being conducted, on the following dates and times: Friday, May 22, at 8:30 a.m.; Tuesday, May 26, at 8 a.m.; Thursday, May 28, at 3:30 p.m.; further, that when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, May 28, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and the Senate be in a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; further, that at 5:30 p.m., the cloture motions filed during today's session of the Senate ripen.
