MIKE LEVIN of california in the house of representatives Wednesday, September 16, 2026 Mr. LEVIN. Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize the Crow Force Robotics Team, Team No. 10809, from Sage Creek High School in Carlsbad, California, as my April 2026 Constituents of the Month. These 19 students are proving that when young people are given the tools, mentorship, and encouragement to pursue their passions, extraordinary things happen. Placing first among 84 teams in the San Diego region and advancing to the FIRST Tech Challenge World Championships in Houston are remarkable achievements, and this is the first time a Carlsbad Unified School District team has reached this level of competition on placement. Crow Force is not just building robots. They are building the next generation of engineers, problem-solvers, and leaders. Their commitment to community outreach, mentoring younger students, and spreading a love of STEM makes them role models well beyond the competition floor. I wish the entire team the best of luck at the World Championships, and I know they will represent Carlsbad and our district with pride. ____________________
