Lee, Colleagues Urge Federal Judicial Center to Retract Climate Agenda Materials

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) joined by a coalition of his colleagues in the Senate, sent a letter to Federal Judicial Center (FJC) Director Judge Robin Rosenberg raising concerns that the FJC’s Reference Manual on Scientific Evidence pushes a politicized climate agenda and does not meet the standard of a neutral judicial resource. Joined by Senator Lee are U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), and Eric Schmitt (R-MO).
