Mr. WARNOCK submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: [[Page S2595]] SEC. __. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR WAREHOUSES TO BE USED AS IMMIGRATION DETENTION FACILITIES. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to acquire, construct, renovate, or expand any warehouse to be used by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as an immigrant detention facility. ______
