Mr. LANKFORD (for Mr. Fetterman (for himself and Mr. Lankford)) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by Mr. Lankford to the bill S. 4784, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2027 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of subtitle C of title X, add the following: SEC. 1025. INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES RECEIVING AN ANNUAL REPORT IDENTIFYING ALIENS FOR WHOM THE TERRORIST ACTIVITIES GROUND OF INADMISSIBILITY HAS BEEN WAIVED. (a) Short Title.--This section may be cited as the ``Inadmissibility Waiver Notification Technical Correction Act''. (b) In General.--Section 212(d)(3)(B)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(3)(B)(ii)) is amended by inserting ``the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate,'' after ``the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate,''. ______
