$387K to Support Crime Victims The Commonwealth’s Criminal Justice Planning Agency has been awarded a $386,649 grant from the Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime through the Victim of Crime Act Victim Assistance Formula Grant program. The funding will support local organizations and public agencies across the Marianas in providing critical services to crime victims, including crisis counseling, advocacy, shelter, and therapy. The four-year grant will strengthen the Commonwealth’s ability to provide coordinated services and support to individuals and families affected by crime.
