Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. PROHIBITION ON APPLICATION UNTIL ENACTMENT OF A LAW MAKING CHILD CARE AFFORDABLE. This Act shall apply on the date that a law is enacted (as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services) that makes child care free or affordable for working families by ensuring no working family pays more than 7 percent of the family income on child care. ______
