Mr. VAN HOLLEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS. None of the funds made available by this Act or any other Act may be used by an employee of the Department of Justice to recommend a pardon for any individual who is a known associate of Jeffrey Epstein. ______
