Mr. MARKEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Strike section 1 and all that follows and insert the following: SECTION 1. NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the National Institutes of Health for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $69,545,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2027. ______
