This funding, secured through the Appropriations process at the request of Congressman Sessions, will expand the plant's capacity to meet the needs of a growing population while ensuring water quality standards are maintained for Lake Conroe and Elkins Lake. Congressman Sessions said, "I am proud to announce that the EPA is awarding $1 million to the City of Huntsville for critical rehabilitation to the N.B. Davidson Wastewater Treatment Plant.
