PROHIBITION ON REDUCTION OF BOP RETENTION INCENTIVES. The Director of the Bureau of Prisons may not modify the retention incentives made available to employees of the Bureau of Prisons, as in effect on March 13, 2025, until on or after the first day of fiscal year 2026. ______
