Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, March 2; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 343, H.R. 6644; finally, that the cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 343, H.R. 6644 ripen at 5:30 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
