                                 A BILL

 
 To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to increase the 
 amount and purposes of funds authorized for the Secretary of the Army 
to carry out water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Toledo and 
                 Oregon, Ohio, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TOLEDO AND OREGON, OHIO, WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE 
              MODIFICATION.

    Section 219(f)(565) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 
(106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 335; 138 Stat. 3125) is amended--
            (1) by striking ``$10,500,000'' and inserting 
        ``$45,000,000''; and
            (2) by inserting ``, including stormwater management, water 
        supply, and environmental restoration,'' after ``wastewater 
        infrastructure''.
