Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TOLEDO AND OREGON, OHIO, WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE MODIFICATION. Section 219(f)(565) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 335; 138 Stat. 3125) is amended-- (1) by striking ``$10,500,000'' and inserting ``$45,000,000''; and (2) by inserting ``, including stormwater management, water supply, and environmental restoration,'' after ``wastewater infrastructure''. <all>
