Plain-English Summary

This bill would renew and extend a federal health program that helps states identify and treat children with developmental delays and disabilities as early as possible. The program supports infants and toddlers with conditions like autism, cerebral palsy, and speech delays by providing therapy and support services to help them develop better before starting school. Families with young children who have disabilities would continue to benefit from these early intervention services.
