Plain-English Summary
This bill would make it easier for foreign-born entrepreneurs and innovators to stay and work in the United States by adjusting immigration rules for people starting businesses or working in high-skilled fields. The changes would likely affect startup founders, tech workers, and researchers who currently face visa limitations that might force them to leave the country or take their innovations elsewhere. The goal is to keep talented people in America rather than having them move to other countries to pursue their ideas.
